1. Scope, applicability and formal requirements
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the offer and the contractual relationships of noch etwas N. Iyoda Schneeberger, Zilstrasse 6, 8117 Fällanden, Switzerland (hereinafter “NOCHETWAS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and its customers, regardless of the order method or product category, but in particular also the offer in the webshop at noch-etwas.com (including all subpages; hereinafter “Webshop”). By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to these GTC.
The webshop is operated by the sole proprietorship NOCHETWAS, based in Fällanden, Switzerland.
The validity of other GTC is excluded - even without explicit objection. The currently valid version of the GTC can be downloaded from the noch-etwas.com website. On request, the GTC are available in written form (PDF or print) from NOCHETWAS.
The GTC form an integral part of every contractual relationship between NOCHETWAS and its customers.
Additional agreements are only binding if they have been confirmed in writing. Verbal statements are not binding without written confirmation. The GTC may be amended at any time without prior notice.

2. WIX
Our store is hosted on WIX. WIX provides us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. WIX is not liable to you or any third party for any changes, price changes, suspension or discontinuation of our service.

We sell products in our webshop, in particular textiles, jewelry, design products and accessories and other goods. In the case of digital content, usage licenses are sold. NOCHETWAS products from our range can only be ordered online via our website. Most products are available and can be ordered from stock internally or externally via service providers. If not currently available, this will be updated promptly and mentioned on the product details.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Certain products or services may only be available online via the website. These products or services may be available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display every color correctly.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
4. Age to order
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of permanent residence or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence and have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use this website and order the products offered on it.
5. Accuracy of billing and account information
NOCHETWAS may refuse orders without giving any reason. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account or credit card, or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.
If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
NOCHETWAS may limit or cancel orders that, in our judgment, appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your e-mail address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. Prices
All prices are quoted net in Swiss francs including statutory VAT, excluding shipping costs. The prices quoted for the products in the webshop are subject to any price or product changes by NOCHETWAS or the suppliers.
7 Orders
All orders are binding. In the event of delivery problems, NOCHETWAS will inform the customer as soon as possible by e-mail. Products that are temporarily unavailable will be reserved for the customer upon express request.
8 Delivery conditions
- Delivery within Switzerland
Shipping only within Switzerland, with Swiss Post, PostPac Economy.
- Delivery in Europe / worldwide
Until further notice, the products offered in our webshop will not be shipped
to countries products offered in our webshop to countries outside
Switzerland.
- Delivery costs
The actual delivery charges are calculated at checkout and added to the
shopping cart. The shipping costs are shown separately and will be charged
according to actual costs.
- Delivery dates and transfer of risk
Delivery dates are non-binding. We endeavor to delivery of the goods as
quickly as possible; dispatch (posting) generally takes place within in
principle within 4-5 working days. Should the shipment take longer reasons,
we will usually inform you immediately by e-mail to the e-mail address

NOCHETWAS assumes the risk until the order is handed over to the post office

- Partial deliveries
NOCHETWAS is entitled to make partial deliveries. The customer is entitled to

9. Checkout, payment
The NOCHETWAS webshop uses credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna. The payment terms, legal contractual terms and processing methods of this third-party provider apply.
No discount is granted unless otherwise agreed. The customer is not entitled to offset claims against NOCHETWAS against the remuneration owed.
10. withdrawal from the contract / revocation
As long as the order has not yet been dispatched, the customer has the option to cancel his order. Our right of return is valid for 30 days from the order date. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
11. Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
NOCHETWAS requires a receipt or proof of purchase from you, the customer, for a return or refund.
Returning a product to NOCHETWAS is at the customer's expense, liability and risk. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return shipment will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping address
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer. The
shipping address for returns is:

We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking or take out
shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you
have returned.
- Exclusion of returns
The following are excluded from return in any case:
Price-reduced products
Only in exceptional cases and only pro rata refunds will be granted for: Items
that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing
parts for reasons that are not our fault.
Items that are returned after 30 days from delivery.
- Refund modalities
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email
to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also
inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit
card or original payment method will be automatically credited.
- Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check the payments received in
your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your
refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is
credited to your account.
If you have done all this and you still do not see a refund, please contact us
- Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to
you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase when you return
the item. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a
voucher by e-mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the
person giving the gift, the refund will be made to the person giving the gift
and the person giving the gift will be informed of the return.
12 Liability
NOCHETWAS is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, NOCHETWAS is not liable for other direct or indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of data, availability of products or other loss of profit. Liability is in any case limited to the value of the contract.
Since some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law in such states or jurisdictions.
13 Warranty and notice of defects
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify NOCHETWAS immediately of any defects or incorrect deliveries. In the case of defects that can be proven to have existed at the time of delivery and were reported in good time, the customer is exclusively entitled to demand rectification. In return, NOCHETWAS is entitled to repair defective goods several times or to deliver an equivalent replacement at its own discretion. The customer may withdraw from the contract if the repair or replacement delivery has definitely failed. Any further rights of the customer, in particular to rescission, withdrawal, reduction or compensation are excluded (subject to the provisions on withdrawal, revocation, returns and returns in accordance with these GTC).
14 Security and data protection
NOCHETWAS requires personal data such as name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number in order to process orders. All personal data is treated confidentially. The address data required to process the order will only be passed on to NOCHETWAS service partners if this is necessary for the purpose of providing the service to the customer.
By placing an order, the customer gives NOCHETWAS permission to pass on the necessary customer data to the relevant third parties so that they can provide their services in accordance with the contractual relationship between the customer and NOCHETWAS. It is also permitted to pass on the necessary personal data to the institutions responsible for any debt collection and to the responsible state authorities, if necessary.
Your customer information (except credit card information) may be transmitted unencrypted and may involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connected networks or devices. Credit card information is not read or stored by us during transmission, we use the service provider mentioned in section 9; to our knowledge, the transmission is always encrypted.
Beyond this, no data is made available to third parties outside NOCHETWAS for use or disposal. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
15 Copyright
All products from NOCHETWAS itself or third-party products offered in the web store are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to the customer remain with NOCHETWAS or the authorized third parties. Full or partial commercial distribution is expressly prohibited and requires the explicit written consent of the rights holder. References to copyrights or other intellectual property rights may not be removed, altered or suppressed. The customer reserves the right to use the material in accordance with the statutory provisions for his own use or to make backup copies.
16 Additional tools, third-party links
We may offer you access to third-party tools over which we have no direct influence or access, and which we are therefore unable to monitor, control or influence. Certain content, products and services available through our Service may include materials from third parties. In this regard, we refer you to the terms of use of our web store, in particular with regard to liability.
17. final provisions
The ordinary courts shall have jurisdiction; the place of jurisdiction is Fällanden, Canton of Zurich.
Swiss law shall apply to the exclusion of the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG).
Should parts of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, the remainder of the GTC shall nevertheless remain binding. The invalid clause shall be replaced by a legally enforceable provision whose effect comes closest to the economic objective at the time the contract was concluded.
